Event Registrations

All event registration fees are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation by the organizers, registered participants will receive a full refund.

Sponsorships

Sponsorship commitments are non-refundable once payment is processed and sponsorship deliverables have been initiated. If the event is cancelled by the organizers, sponsors will receive a pro-rated refund based on deliverables not yet fulfilled.

Exceptions

We understand that circumstances can change. For special requests or extenuating circumstances, please contact us at beer@tomcoconstruction.com and we will review on a case-by-case basis.
