Event Waiver
B.E.E.R. Participant Waiver and Release of Liability
ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I acknowledge that participating in the B.E.E.R. Heptathlon, which includes golf, football, obstacle course, pickleball, cornhole, axe throwing, and the timed chug, involves inherent risks of physical activity and potential for injury. I understand these risks cannot be completely eliminated and I willingly assume them. I also acknowledge that alcohol may be consumed as part of the event, and I agree to do so responsibly and at my own discretion.
WAIVER AND RELEASE
I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Tomco Construction, Inc., its officers, employees, agents, and volunteers from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me while participating in the event, during post-event activities, or while traveling to or from event venues.
INDEMNIFICATION
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tomco Construction, Inc. from any loss, liability, damage, or costs they may incur due to my participation.
MEDICAL TREATMENT
I give permission for emergency medical treatment if necessary and understand I am solely responsible for all related costs.
PHOTOGRAPHIC RELEASE
I grant Tomco Construction, Inc. the right to use photographs, video, or audio recordings of me taken during the event for promotional purposes.
EVENT CONDUCT
I agree to conduct myself respectfully and safely. Participation is voluntary and withdrawal does not entitle me to a refund. I am responsible for my own transportation, behavior, and decisions following the event.
